Before your appointment

Let’s prepare for your signing.

Have your documents and valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID ready. Let us know whether you need witnesses or a remote appointment.

  • The signer must be present in person or through an approved remote session.
  • The signer should understand the document and be aware and willing to sign.
  • Signing must be voluntary and free from pressure or coercion.

If the signer cannot communicate, does not understand what they are signing, or appears to be under pressure, the notarization may not be completed.

What should I share when scheduling?

Tell us the location, document type, number of signers, witness needs, and preferred date and time. We will confirm availability and the fee before the appointment. Please do not email sensitive personal or medical information.

Can you come to a hospital or care facility?

Yes. We offer mobile bedside appointments. Please coordinate visitor access and timing with the facility before the visit.

Can my appointment be online?

Remote online notarization may be an option for your documents. Contact us to confirm eligibility and receive instructions for your session.
