Share the document type, location, number of signers, preferred date and time, and any witness needs. For a facility visit, include the facility name and access instructions.

We confirm availability, service needs, and the fee before the appointment. If an online signing is appropriate, we will explain the session setup.
03 · Prepare for the signing
Have your documents and valid photo identification ready. Coordinate with the facility if the signer is in a hospital or care setting. Tell us in advance about any communication or accessibility needs.
04 · Meet your notary
Meet at the confirmed location or join your arranged remote session. The notary reviews the signing requirements and completes the requested notarial acts when the appointment can proceed.
